HOW IT WORKS

Ink'd For Good: Tattoos for Cause

Ink’d for Good is an online, annual fundraising event that unites local philanthropic tattoo artists with like-minded people who love tattoos. Here’s the gist: Artists donate their time, supporters purchase tattoo time, and 100% of the proceeds benefit two nonprofits located in Portland, Oregon. It’s that simple!

Simply donate your time! You choose the type of work: flash, custom, or buyer’s choice. Our “ask” is 2-4 hours of tattoo time, but all donations are greatly appreciated!

Simply purchase your next tattoo via the Ink’d for Good website! We have a variety of amazing, generous artists to choose from. Nab your favorite session before it’s gone!

About the Nonprofits Supported by Ink’d for Good

Baby Blues Connection

Baby Blues Connection provides free support, information and resources to women and families coping with pregnancy and postpartum depression, and to further support and educate the professionals who serve them. Our goal is to support all families through the early years of new parenting. Over of 15% of pregnant and postpartum women will experience some form of depression, anxiety, feelings of isolation or hopelessness. If symptoms are present in the mother, the partner has a 50% chance of experiencing symptoms. Left unchecked, depression and anxiety in either parent can affect the parent-to-child bond, potentially causing developmental issues.

PDX Diaper Bank

PDX Diaper Bank was founded on the belief that everyone deserves access to necessary diapering supplies in order to promote health, wellness and productivity. Diaper need negatively impacts impacts a staggering 1 in 2 American families. PDX Diaper Bank collaborates with a growing network of local nonprofit and government agencies in order to support Oregon families in need. Reliable access to clean diapers not only supports child/family health, but also provides opportunities for education, job placement/security, stable housing, and more.
